We make sure we allocate sufficient time for you, based on your needs, and will arrange your viewing trip efficiently. You can be assured a better service if you provide us with as much advance information as possible regarding your preferences. What invariably happens is after looking on the website, you register your requirements with us, and we email you details of properties that match your criteria, we then speak (or have already spoken) by email or on the telephone to clarify any queries you may have, once you have selected the property or a number of properties you wish to view.
Based on this information we work out an estimated Itinerary for you including Airport pick up, transportation for the whole trip, reserved accommodation, and flights where applicable.
Once you are happy with this, you would pay the estimated amount prior to the trip; any adjustments would be made after your return.
We meet you personally at the airport regardless of your arrival time and take you to your pre booked hotel, where you can relax for the evening.
The following day we meet you at your Hotel and the adventure begins, off we go to look at the properties you have chosen.
Flights
Breaking news, RYANAIR are to fly into PLOVDIV for 2007, this is great news for PAMPOROVO being only an hour away, and will bring forward the new proposed road and rail links to Smolyan and Pamporovo.
Direct international flights are available to the capital Sofia (all year) and Plovdiv for the ski resorts, with airports at Varna and Bourgas for the coast. There are daily connections from Sofia to Bourgas and Varna. Direct charter flights to the Black Sea (Varna or Bourgas) are available during the high season spring and summer months.
During the winter season Balkan Holidays offers direct charter flights from up to 20 regional UK airports.
Off-season flights to the Black Sea from the UK can now be accessed all year to Varna airport which takes about 3hrs.
There are package holidays and flights with Thomson, Airtours, JMC, First Choice, and Balkan holidays from May through to October, direct to Burgas, Varna and Sofia are now open all year.

Visas
EU residents can stay up to 3 months in any 6 month period, which is currently under review and will change with the agreed EU Accession in January 2007.
Visa control has been considerably relieved between the UK and Bulgaria following Bulgaria's EU acceptance, and existing restrictions are likely to be further relaxed thus making long stays simpler to arrange.
